The scientific questions that drive me focus on the connections between earthquake generation processes, ground motion at the surface responsible for damage to our societies, and the use of seismological data for monitoring floods and landslides. I work with both real-world data and models/simulations. I am also interested in the links between science and society through multidisciplinary and educational projects.
